Pocketful of Light

"Pocketful of Light" is a love letter to self-recovery. This deeply felt body of color work is a pursuit of light—not merely illumination, but a necessary state of being, an antidote to the soul's darker places.

Born from a profound need for healing, the project became an essential turning point, captured as a long, slow exhale after a prolonged season of stress, anxiety, and depression. It is a quest to seek the "cracks of gold"—the unexpected glimmers of gratitude, warmth, and resilience found in ordinary days. Marking a conscious release from the shadows of earlier work, this project demands color to capture light's true essence. The resulting images are not just records of illumination, but pocketfuls of light: tangible treasures collected to prove that hope and warmth are ever present.
